The Apprentice
The Apprentice really is the toughest place to truly discover your strengths and weaknesses. It pushes you to find out the limits of your stamina, integrity, ingenuity and shrewdness.
I found out a lot about myself but also about dealing with other people. It was pleasing to discover that there is no need to be overtly aggressive or unpleasant to succeed.
I like people, I enjoy working hard and I recognise the valuable contributions of the people I choose to surround myself with.
I recognise I have ‘foot in mouth syndrome’ which is a side effect of being passionate but if at some level it helps me build lasting connections with others, it can be a strength too.
